Dr. Ryan Wood
Dr. Ryan Wood was born and raised in Wynne, AR. He attended Arkansas State University as undergraduate where he received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. Dr. Wood began his optometric education at Midwestern’s Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, AZ. There he developed special interests in refractive surgery, dry eye disease, and glaucoma management. Dr. Wood’s clinical rotations included private practices in Franklin, TN and Phoenix, AZ. He also spent time with the Dept of Veteran's Affairs in Tulsa, OK and Tallahassee, FL. He started his career in a large, mult-location private practice in Franklin, Tennessee, where he focused on dry eye disease and glaucoma management. Dr. Wood relocated to Little Rock in 2019 as Clinical Director of TLC Laser Eye Centers. There he supervised all aspects of the clinical operations and the network of referring doctors. Dr. Wood has lectured to affiliate doctors across the state on advancements in refractive surgery.
Dr. Wood founded Natural State Eyecare in 2021. He prides himself on clinical education and building lifelong relationships with his patients.
Dr. Wood is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Arkansas Optometric Association, and the American Society of Optometric Surgeons.
Dr. Wood married his high school sweetheart, Jordan. They have one daughter, Leia. In his spare time, Dr. Wood enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman.

Dr. Hong-Ngoc “Angela” Han
“Dr. Hong-Ngoc “Angela” Han is originally from Kenner, Louisiana. She graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Han has experience and training in primary eye care, ocular disease, contact lenses, and refractive surgery co-management. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, she prioritizes clear communication and individualized care, ensuring each patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their eye health.
Dr. Han is married to her husband, Kevin, and they have two daughters. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and volunteering abroad. Proud to now call Little Rock home, she is honored to be part of the community she serves.
